Key Responsibilities: Design & Intelligence
As a specialist at Growmodo, your day-to-day work involves more than just aesthetics; it’s about smart functionality. Your duties include:
1. AI-Augmented Prototyping
- Figma Mastery: Develop visually compelling and intuitive interfaces using Figma and AI-assisted design platforms like Relume or Midjourney for asset generation.
- Platform Balance: Balance functionality, usability, and aesthetics across web and mobile platforms, ensuring responsive integrity.
2. Research & AI Analytics
- User Behavior: Conduct in-depth user research and usability testing, leveraging AI-driven analytics to gather actionable insights from massive datasets.
- Data-Informed Decisions: Translate complex business requirements into thoughtful design solutions that validate user expectations through behavior analysis.
3. Implementing Smart Features
