Role Description: Virtual Assistant & Activation Supervisor
This position combines field coordination, digital engagement, and performance reporting. You will drive adoption of the WellfiedPro digital wallet by supervising healthcare onboarding teams, executing community activations, and creating digital awareness content.
The ideal candidate is target-driven, highly organized, and capable of managing both operational execution and reporting responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Field Activation & User Onboarding
- Plan and execute WellfiedPro field activations across communities and workplaces.
- Supervise healthcare workers responsible for onboarding new users.
- Ensure proper wallet setup, mandate completion, and accurate registration.
- Drive adoption and increase wallet enrollments during activations.
2. Digital Content & Engagement
- Capture photos and short videos during activations for reporting and marketing purposes.
- Create simple engagement materials using tools like Canva or Figma.
- Support digital awareness campaigns and community engagement initiatives.
- Disseminate digital content to promote preventive health financing awareness.
3. Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Track wallet enrollment numbers, conversion rates, and activation performance.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports for internal review.
- Present performance insights and recommend optimization strategies.
- Analyze campaign results to improve activation effectiveness.
4. Supervision & Coordination
- Manage field teams and healthcare onboarding agents.
- Ensure compliance with activation processes and reporting standards.
- Maintain high standards of professionalism during field engagements.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years experience in field activations, sales supervision, or growth roles.
- Experience managing onboarding teams or field agents.
